cheer management’s site design engagement began with discussions and meetings designed to get a sense for cheer management’s business, products, and customers.  Then, Quazant^® successfully developed all the content, graphics, and html code on budget and on schedule.  In addition, meta tags and other search engine-friendly tools were employed in an effort to improve cheer management’s rankings with the major search engines.
