Quazant Nominated for FastTech 50 Awards

                    - For Second Consecutive Year

HOUSTON, July 6, 2004 / Press Release / -- Quazant is proud to announce that it has been nominated for the FastTech 50 Awards for the second consecutive year by one of the awards sponsors, the Houston Technology Center.

The FastTech 50 awards are given to the 50 high-tech companies that have experienced the greatest percentage revenue growth in 2003.  The top executives of the FastTech 50 will be honored at the official awards luncheon in November 2004 where over 600 people are expected to be in attendance.  Winners of the awards will be announced in the FastTech 50 focus section of the Houston Business Journal.
