HOUSTON, September 6, 2003 / Press Release / -- Quazant^® COO, Carter Caldwell, was asked by The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) to moderate the panel discussion on Outsourcing And Offshoring at its third annual TIECON2003 – Houston conference, which was held at the Westin Galleria hotel on Saturday, September 6, 2003.  The theme of the conference was “Emerging Trends and Strategy – Growing the Business in a New Era.”

Also presenting was Gary Hoover, founder of Hoovers Online and Book Stop, who gave practical advice on business establishment and growth.  The keynote comments came from Rajat Gupta, Managing Director of McKinsey & Co worldwide, who focused his discussions on “Outsourcing and Offshore Development.”
