Vinci USA names Quazant® COO to Advisory Board |

today announced that it has added Quazant® COO, Carter
Caldwell, to its Advisory Board. |

as a Career Advisor for University of Pennsylvania students. Carter
holds a B.A in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of
Pennsylvania. |
